2025 BetMGM Premier LeagueのQuarter Finalの動画が上がっていました。こちらはStephen Buntingの137をフィニッシュした動画。
私はソフトダーツメインでやってますのでブルを使えるものなら使いたいタイプですがスティールではそうはいかず。137を残した場合T19をまず狙って80まで削る、というのはどちらのダーツでも同じですが、スティールだとそのあとはT20→D10とかT16→D16とかがメインなのかなと勝手に思っています。しかしBuntingが選択したのはD20→D20。LittlerもよくD20使っているのをみるので最近の流行はこのルートなのでしょうか。めちゃくちゃかっこいいですよねこのルート。
ちなみに余談ですが私も80残したときに真似してよくD20を狙いますが大体1か5に逸れて終わります。
【English】A video of the 2025 BetMGM Premier League Quarter Final was uploaded, featuring Stephen Bunting taking out 137. Since I mainly play soft darts, I tend to want to use the bull whenever possible, but in steel darts, that’s not usually the case.
In both soft and steel darts, if you’re left with 137, you generally aim for T19 first to bring it down to 80. However, in steel, I always assumed you’d then go for T20→D10 or T16→D16. But what Bunting chose was D20→D20. I’ve also seen Littler use D20 quite often, so I wonder if this route is a new trend. It looks incredibly cool, doesn’t it?
By the way, as a side note, I sometimes try to copy that route myself when I’m left with 80, aiming for D20, but I usually end up missing into 1 or 5.
